Boston lawsuit claims DES-breast cancer link (AP)

Tomaselli to file civil lawsuit against Fine

Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick may have turned over what he called “exculpatory” evidence to Bernie Fine’s lawyers proving that Zach Tomaselli couldn’t have been in a Pittsburgh hotel on the night he says he was sexually abused by the former Syracuse assistant basketball coach, but that hasn’t stopped Tomaselli, a 23-year-old Maine man from filing a lawsuit against Fine.
