Nets drop 3rd straight vs. high-flying Hawks

As was the case all game, MarShon Brooks commanded the ball. He wanted the isolation. He got the call – spinning away from his defender for a fadeaway floater that brought the Nets to within one late in the fourth quarter. It wasn’t enough in a 105-98 loss Friday to the Hawks, but it was an encouraging sign – and an encouraging game, especially since the Nets were trounced by Atlanta by 36 points just three days prior.
