Humphries’ tip too late in Nets’ 104-103 loss to Suns

The most anticipated night of the season started with smoke and strobe lights, with Deron Williams emerging to a loud ovation in the Prudential Center. It ended with a heartbreaking defeat. Channing Frye hit a 3-pointer with 6.6 seconds and Kris Humphries’ potential game-winner was ruled no-good at the overtime buzzer, as the Nets lost to the Suns, 104-103.
